Hello fellow foodies,


I've set up this blog mainly down to my passion for baking (and others suggesting for a while now that I should).
Recently I've became aware of certain food intolerances I have and due to that have had to alter my diet to suit. Regarding the intolerances, most of the foods I now make and bake fall under the categories of being wheat, gluten, dairy and egg free.
I am hoping that my blog can help others out there also suffering from intolerances, allergies or even just people wanting to try something different (that are just as tasty as your 'regular' foods).
